Got: you are beautiful

Musing about :) so its random

Xxxx

"You look beautiful tonight."

Jaime's voice echoed through the small room they shared. It was the first time he actually said something that wasn't a groan or an insult after months riding with the princess across the seven kingdoms. The princess glanced at the former knight, while she removed her silver braids with her fingers. They rode their horses for weeks now  and while the tavern they chose wasn't the best, at least it allowed for them to bathe and rest. Gone was the putrid smell of horseshit, mud and blood.  Bäahal smelled heavenly.

A hint of lilac that caught the knight's attention. Jaime himself did look better than the version of him she found a few months ago. He eventually got rid of the smelly long hair, the dirt on his hands and under his finger tips, his wounds seemed to have healed to. His simple shirt and pants made of cotton looked nice on him too. He was... clean. Glorious even on that unholy night.

The princess wore a simple night gown that uncovered her arms and showed the few scars she got since she roamed the muddy roads of westeros. The robe clung to her curves, allowing for Jaime to catch the gracious figure she kept hidden under the heavy fabric and light armor she always wore. His intense gaze made her blush but she cleared her throat. Jaime resisted her attempts at keeping a connection with him. Every word, every kind gesture was rejected, sometimes even with a cruel
Enthusiasm from the knight.
After all how could he accept her?

They were enemies from the start and even more after they killed his sister. It didn't matter that of all people on this fucked up place, His sworn enemy saw the man he truly was. The irony of it all was not lost on him. For months anger and pain were his companion and the only emotions he was able to express. For months, solitude was his refuge but tonight... tonight...he wanted her company. He needed her company, the one she was so willing to give.

"Beautiful?..." she said as she detangled her hair with her fingers. Her eyes were shifting from
Left to right as she felt her cheeks blush and burn. He walked closer to her and ran his hand over the shoulder of the princess, before he let the tip of his digits brush over her sensitive neck. She heard the word so many times that she became immune to it. Well, she thought she did. He sounded like it was the first time he took the time to look at her. A genuine acknowledgment of her beauty. "Lord Jaime..." her voice escaped her lips as she bit back a soft moan.

"I am no lord. Just Jaime..."

"I know you as such... I learned about you as such." She quickly said while she stood up and bit her bottom lip. He couldn't touch her like that. He couldn't send shivers down her spine.

"Unlearn me then..." he groaned and stepped closer to her. she smelled good, way too much for the knight whose natural urges were taking over. He wouldn't normally but after months of being next to her, of allowing her to take care of him and learning about her, he couldn't resist.

She was looking at him, her purple eyes shifting from left to right. Her heart was beating so fast she didn't know what to do next. He was so close to her, so handsome, so open  that without a second thought Bäahal pressed her lips to his. It was difficult for her to resist him, no matter how hard she tried to. It was impossible. Her attraction to the knight was obvious to anyone who paid attention and tonight, despite her best efforts, she couldn't deny them anymore. He let her kiss him. He allowed for such contact and pulled away from her to have a better look at the princess. She was savouring the moment, her purple hues were filled with stars and despite his best attempts he could not tear his  eyes off of her. But her eyes changed. She realized it might not be a good idea to go through with it.

He meant his words that night. She was beautiful, sensual even and while Jaime was hurting, she awoke something inside of him, Desire, that was. He cupped her cheek this time as he felt she was about to leave the room and step away from him. She held onto his arm, her eyes now wide open as surprise filled her eyes.

Fight or flight? She wanted to leave because she believed he would push her away. He should after all. She wasn't Cersei. She was no one. A princess, the enemy... no one. But his lips felt good against hers and his hand was warm against her skin. He didn't say a word. How could he say anything when his mind was empty. SHe was so warm. So warm that he couldn't resist and pushed herself to him so they could kiss again. Jaime didn't care much, he wasn't afraid of the moment or ashamed of his desires. The soft moan she let escape was enough to make him twitch with anticipation. Her heart was beating fast that night, and so loudly that she thought he could hear it. But it felt right. It felt even more right when he grabbed the string of her nightgown  and pulled it down on her shoulder. It was their chance for a night of passion. A night of freedom where they would be done running from each other's needs. Consequences be damned.
