Casterly Rock, A month and a half after the siege.

The princess left her bedroom and ventured into the beautiful garden under the starry night. After such intensive care, she was finally able to put herself together. She mentioned to Ser Jaime her desire to speak about the tragic events that led to the attack from her bodyguards. There was an urge to discover the truth and find a lead about those who wanted to hurt her sister and attempt at her life. She needed a moment to think on her own. The night was beautiful, the sky was pitch black with bright stars. There was the sweet sound of insects, chanting and soothing her soul, and for a brief minute, the princess wished she was looking at it with the Golden Lion.

She felt the warm breeze brush over her skin and closed her eyes for a moment. Daenerys knew that winning the war against Cersei was only the beginning and she would face strong resistance to her reign. Bäahal, however, did not anticipate that her own life could be used against the queen. Why would it be? Why would her life matter? It was a real struggle for the princess to figure herself out. For so many years her life had been nothing but useful, a property, her life had only the value others gave it. When she started to give in to her desire to be free, she was still struggling with her self-worth and recklessly risked it away. Ser Jaime spent time explaining the complexity of politics. Through his guidance, the princess realized that her life was important and as the sister of the queen, she became an easy target. The siege was a way to break the queen's spirit by killing her sister. Since it failed, the attackers would do it again and would try to make sure they didn't miss it.

While she was still afraid, the young woman was also determined to save her sister. As a matter of fact, protecting Daenerys became the only goal she had in mind since it was the only thing that mattered to her. She put her hand over her heart, as her purple eyes stared at the moon. She vowed on that very night to give everything he had on her quest for revenge and ensure the safety of the silver queen. Sweet thoughts of her sister, especially her warm smiles and the softness of her hands against her cheek made the princess' eyes swell up and get filled with unshed tears. She would protect her and she would once again put her sword at her service. It gave her a purpose and she would dive into it. She would give her all. She would find the traitors.
