Personality:

Due to her harsh background and being rigorously trained from her childhood and adulthood to become the most efficient killer, Phoenix could be described as a very serious and stoic individual who rarely speaks more than is necessary (preferring actions over words and being described as someone who never wastes words) with a strong sense of obligation. 

Despite this, she has a strong moral code as well as honor, which is rare among her colleagues, as Phoenix never willingly drags innocent people to her job or threatens them during it. She abhors colleagues who do so and would personally go after them if she witnesses them kill innocent people (especially children).

Deep down, however, Phoenix is a soft and caring woman. She can be very goofy when she's relaxed and flirtatious. She has a softness to her heart that very few people have seen. Children always get her good side, and Alcohol also reveals the immense sadness and anger that plague her heart.

• Sent to Belgium at 18  as a sleeper agent to the secret services.
• Started to take missions again at 25 for her bosses.
• Meets a sleeper agent/ new handler at the secret services at 27. Falls in love with him.
• He fakes his death, and she wants to leave the guild at 30.

She has been living in a new apartment for " years and has noticed one of her neighbours. The very hot Marc Flynn. She is well aware of the fact that he is a cop, but it doesn't seem to stop her from thinking she would like to hook up with him.

Skills:

Master Assassin: Phoenix is one of the best female assassins. Her ledger is red with the blood of the thousands of people she killed. She is skilled with a variety of weapons, martial arts, and vehicles.  

Master Tactician: As a master hitman, Phoenix is highly capable of casing out, planning, and executing assassinations. However, she cannot exclude how impulsive she could get and how much it could ruin her plans.

Skilled Physician: Phoenix appears to have some knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as basic medicine and first aid.

Weaknesses/Crippling fears:

Anger: Phoenix's anger can sometimes blind her. She doesn't know what to feel aside from pure rage for the life she was forced to live. She knew love once, but he betrayed her and escaped the organiza.tio.n by faking his death. Anger fuels her heart and soothes her at the same time, but she's desperate to set herself free from it. She loses her mind when a child is the victim of murder or is in harm's way. It could lead her to make mistakes or act irrationally and get herself in trouble.

Fatalism: Phoenix isn't sure she can escape the life of an assassin. She's convinced that Fate can't be disturbed, and it chose her to be the harbinger of death. This could make her feel defeated.

Fire: She also suffers from a fear of fire inherited from when she was a baby.  Her family was slaughtered during a raid in their village. Although she doesn't remember the events, the fear, pain, and feelings of solitude she felt during the attack resurface whenever there is a fire.

Education Skills: 

Through extensive training, Phoenix became really keen on mechanics (she adores fixing cars and bikes ), science (she knows the human body well enough to torture it efficiently without killing, she also knows how to speed up her recovery, emergency surgery, and how to improve her body abilities and push it further) She is also very fluent in several languages and knowledgeable about different cultures.
