Doya; And what now?

// This time I feel Pluto's voice. So I'll let him speak. :)

Pluto was staring at his reflection in the mirror in his bathroom. He enjoyed his newfound freedom and life in this time period. Modern times were far more exciting for him and he wanted more. Zeus had kept him in an eternal slumber that only ended when the father of the sky died. Upon his newfound freedom, the god wanted nothing more but to regain his strength. He learned that he was nothing but a creation of  Chuck, who used them all as scapegoats for his misdeeds and mistakes. Chuck was still alive, which forced Pluto to reconsider things now that he was free. His true goal was to overthrow Chuck and kill him as retribution for his crimes. He wanted to take away his power and what better way to do so than by becoming the first deity? Being worshipped as a way to have a deeper connection to humans and he wanted to replace Chuck in their minds. He wanted to have absolute control of his life and separate himself from the puppet Chuck had made him be.

His plans had nearly been foiled by this woman hunter. She found him and could have ruined his plans if he had not gotten rid of her. He was surprised by the fighting spirit he read in her eyes. Far from being scared, the hunter wanted him dead. He had not encountered any in ancient times, but this woman and her kin were going to become thorns in his foot. He caught up with the world's history, especially the one involving hunters, and the name of the Winchester brothers came to his ears. he realized that for his plan to succeed, he had avoided the brothers, and kept moving from town to town. He met her again, although this time he had not seen her with his own two eyes, he had felt her essence nearby. He realized that she wasn't dead and would either seek revenge on him or perhaps fear him enough to stay away from him.  Well, given her reputation, she would most likely seek revenge. He would have to be prepared for the next encounter.

The god was upset, mostly because he realized that Chuck would most likely send his fearless soldiers against him. The favorite disasters were the Winchester brothers and their allies. It wasn't the first time they tried to stop the apocalypse, and it wasn't the first time they fought against a far superior enemy. They would give him their all, he had to be careful and not let his plan be known. Fortunately, he kept things to himself, most of the time people wouldn't realize what he was truly looking after. they wouldn't know what his main goal would be, and he was counting on his first big impression on the woman hunter, to induce fear in those mortal hearts. So, satisfied and unbothered, the pagan god decided to stop by Florida, the land of the Dead where he would be able to replenish and savor his newfound freedom and strength.

What now? On the other side of the country, Dean, Oya, Team Free Will, and Team Hell were trying to figure out how to defeat Pluto. Castiel and Sam were tracking the god while also keeping tabs on the king of Hell.  Crowley was looking for any artifact that could help defeat the god and Rowena was trying to sever the connection between the god and his worshippers. Dean and Oya, in all of that, both were working casual cases and building their strength back up. It had been extremely straining for both of them. Oya's rescue was really a matter of seconds and it traumatized the two of them. They needed time, to rebuild themselves, to move forward, to get back stronger.  yet, they coordinated everyone's efforts and were kept in the loop. It was a matter of time.
