Regardless of who doesn't want you to be, (not even yourself)

You are not a failure,
you are not unwanted, 
you are not a monster
You are not useless
You are definitely not a waste of space and skin or air
You are not what the voice in your head is telling you
Your hands aren't just meant to destroy
They can build too and they already have.

You have the right to be sad, not always wear a mask
You have the right to be upset, angry, disappointed too
You have the right to be treated well, to have actual real connection

You have the right to fall in love with yourself
And you can focus on what's good for you, or let someone else who truly cares about you point that out to you.
You have the right to be comforted, to ask for help, to be listened to

You have the right of a decent life, be a decent person
To have Dreams you want to fulfill, to fall in love with a decent person.

You deserve to be loved back, at least a tenfold of what you give
You deserve to be given back all you give. dammit you do!

You don't have to be perfect, you have to be you.
Live your life in your Truth. finally free of boundaries and limitations you put on yourself.
