COPG: Life and death of Ayasha:  Knowledge is power

Ayasha decided that she had spent way too much time in the confines of her chambers. What good would it do to her to hide? What good would it do to her to wait until it was too late? SHe couldn't just stay in her bed, hands clutching the silk sheets under her. She refused to wait until Death took hold of her. Black Butterflies have not visited her since leviathan's death and she took it as a good sign. It wasn't her turn to die. Her plans have failed, but she would always come up with something. After all, wasn't she the goddess of knowledge? Wasn't she able to find the answers to her questions if she looked for it? She couldn't spend her day whithering in her bedroom, because Elpis would not rest until they were all dead. It was a fact, the only true power they had, was Ishtar's. He was the New All-Father and he was the only one left with power. Gaea had refused to join them, and without her, there was a possibility that they would die on the battlefield. Ayasha was not ready to die, as a matter of fact, she refused to die. She was supposed to know things, to find a way out of problems, and she would. 

She was snapped out of her funk when her brother visited her a while ago. He informed her that he felt a shift in the air. He didn't know what was happening, but he could tell that their mother had less power than before. She was losing power and he suspected that perhaps, what Gaea lost, Elpis gained. It was that theory that pushed Ayasha out of her depression and back into action. If Elpis was becoming stronger then perhaps, the opposite was true. She was an elder goddess, just like them and with the proper weapon she could be defeated. With the proper weapon she could defeat the pink haired goddess. With proper weapon she could kill Elpis for good. Ayasha decided that she would shower, wash her hair, wear her best clothes and do what she did best: research.. War was inevitable, and since she couldn't avoid it, then she would make sure to have the weapons needed to kill Elpis and protect herself. Knowledge was power and since she was the goddess of Knowledge, she had power.
