Real Name: Almaryl Sann’Di
Age: she is very old…probably about 6000 years old.
RACE: She is a black dragon, one of the rarest still alive and the most powerful. (Bahamut’s offspring)
Alter Ego: Phoenix Rivers (It is the name she chose when she awoke in America)
Aliases: The Impossible child, Mistress of the darkness, the harbinger of Death
Special features: Her blue eyes (in both human and dragon form)
Physical appearance:
Dragon:
Phoenix is a very
tall and broad dragon. Her eyes are blue pools, where a little bit of gold helps distinguish the iris from the rest of the eye. Her scales are very slick, very snake-like, and reflect light, thus making the blackness of her skin even more
noticeable. Her silhouette is rather
elegant but she is larger than the average female dragon. Her claws are also
sharper and longer than the average dragon making her paws deadly weapons. They can easily break solid rocks and even
tear apart metallic gears. When she breathes fire, her scales take on red
reflects and the more she breathes fire, the redder her scales become. Her wings
are powerful and majestic, enough to carry her heavy weight on the battlefield.
Her skin is very thick, making it almost impossible for steel and gunfire to
injure her. Her underbelly is incredibly
soft and warm; it almost feels like a mammal’s skin, a dog with short hair. Her
head is spiky and so is her chin. Her teeth are sharp and powerful; she can
literally tear any flesh apart with them, even dragons, although it would be harder
with dragons with thicker skin. She also has a long tail with spikes at the
end.
Human:
As a woman, Phoenix is outstandingly gorgeous. Her skin is flawless and smooth. Her eyes
keep their blue color. Her cheekbones are high and her lips are plump and red
like blood. Her chin is square,
slightly emphasizing her strength. She is thick but toned. Her face bears a dangerous expression because
she is stern and rarely smiling. Yet, her lips always draw a smirk when she
is plotting or satisfied. She is hauntingly beautiful yet scary and on top
of it all, knows it. She is tall and her silky bright honey hair falls on her
waist. She is a woman who might speak normally with words but whose true
feelings are expressed by her eyes and eyes alone. Her presence is overwhelming
and her scent intoxicating but she is
soft and lovely and warm once you learn to know her.
Something noticeable about her: she has a strong African accent and a tongue piercing. In human form!
Sexual orientation: How dare you?
Alignment: She roots for herself but is driven by blood thirst and revenge.
Occupation:
Mother: Rywenn the Conqueror, deceased.
Father: Bahamut, about to die.
Universe: Flexible
Personality:
Phoenix is not your average nice
woman or dragon. In both her incarnations, her behavior is the
same.
She is a strong fighter, able to handle a fight whether it is with or
without magical powers. She was one of the fiercest in battles whether her
father was dead or alive. Unfortunately, she isn’t as good at strategy as her
father was. Her passion usually
takes advantage of her reason and she ends up taking risky decisions. She is
also very young and takes inconsiderable risks to achieve her
goals. But she learns through her
failures and she grows stronger
every single time.
She is also very dedicated to her people and her
duty, willing to make any sacrifice for their sake. But likewise, she is also
very passionate and her feelings can go from genuine affection to deep hatred. She
has no filter and nothing to balance her
emotions except maybe Eleonore
now.
Like all dragons, she is VERY proud, very wild, and doesn’t trust
easily. Yet, she was able to befriend (to her doom) the last unicorn and also a
werewolf and a vampire. She realized that if she wanted to win a war, she had
to strike deals and play well in order to regain her powers.
She is able to be sweet and vulnerable but only shows
it to very few people. Her angers are terrible
and terrifying for she spits fire
and destroys anything in her way in her dragon form but when she is in her
human form, her magic takes control she can also very easily break a neck
or kill someone if not restrained.
Like her mother Rywenn, Phoenix is also keen to become power-hungry.
She was taught to enjoy conquests and
fights. She was taught to humiliate
her enemies and that perversion might lead her nowhere good.
She is flirtatious, but it’s only a façade.
She is no virgin but hasn’t properly
“made” love to a male or a female. Sex is a
tool for her, a tool for power. She
manages to enjoy it, although no one ever blew her mind just yet. She is slightly
confused about humans because she’s been living among them for very long. But
the first feeling she has towards them is hatred. Rest assured that if
anything, she simply wants to feed on them and decimate the entire race.
Fictional Character Biography: to Come
Once upon a time, there was a world where dragons, humans, and other mystical creatures (unicorns, vampires, werewolves, dwarves, and elves) lived altogether in perfect harmony. They respected each other’s realms and established good relationships, trading with one another, and helping each other live peacefully. But the peace wasn’t to remain as long as envy tainted the heart of the purest hearts. Creatures started to hunt each other in order to steal their powers and their lands. Dragons were constantly threatened for their power and the beautiful lands they owned. Many dragons were enslaved and used as pets, lowered to the same level as basic horses.
They were sentient creatures, gifted with the ability to speak the words of men, able to perform magic, and keepers of the forests, enchanted or not. They were the kings of the mystical creatures, or so they loved to think of themselves as such. Among them stood the black dragons, there were a few of them for their task wasn’t an easy one. Keepers of the Nalröndi (Hell), they are able to perform the dark arts. They serve as the guardians of the World’s balance and ensure that the lost and confused souls of those who passed away
remained in their realm and that the living don’t try to use them for their selfish purposes.
But with the help of enslaved unicorns, human witches were able to incapacitate those black dragons and kill them in the process. Only one survived: the Legendary Bahamut. With the help of another dragoness, the beautiful Rywenn the Conqueror, he claimed his realm back and set the defeated dragons free, at the cost of thousands of Unicorns' lives, except one of them who managed to survive. He crowned Rywenn and together they ruled peacefully the Land of Dragons.
Almaryl’s birth was a complicated one. Her mother wasn’t able to hatch the egg for she was too weak
due to a sickness that was devouring her body. It took seven years until Rywenn the Conqueror was able to leave the realm and teach her daughter what it took to become a queen. They were only able to spend a year together. Rywenn managed to form her daughter and prepared her to access the throne. Crippled by her terrible sickness, none was able to explain, the Mother Dragon died inexplicably, leaving a mourning husband and daughter. The king decided to raise his daughter who eventually matured into a beautiful dragon, reaching her full potential. (Knowing that for a dragon, it’s commonly known that they need at least a millennium to reach adulthood and complete control of their abilities).
Unfortunately for her, Bahamut died sooner than expected. She learned, much to her dismay that during the reclaim battle, he had been injured with a pure iron blade that broke and left a shard into his chest, killing him slowly but surely. Thrust into royalty and duties yet prepared for such eventuality, the new queen, Almaryl started to rule. She had a lot on her plate since her people were endangered. Worse than this, she didn’t only have supporters in her team but traitors who used the power of a witch to cast a spell on her heart and break it into several pieces that spread across the seven realms. One of them was found by the last unicorn alive in the realm of men and kept hidden (although she barely knew what that was)
An attack followed this event and dragons were decimated. Only a few survived (most of them were still
enslaved and as time went by became servants to mankind. The others, the free ones learned to hide among humans (who evolved and literally slaughtered the other races and conquered the other realms) waiting for the day, the heiress to the throne would come back and unleash all seven hells upon her attackers and their offspring Weakened by the loss of her heart, which prevented her from performing necromancy and restoring the balance between the underworld and the world of the livings, Almaryl was ruminating about her vengeance and tried to find her people.
It’s not easy to stop dragons when they are transformed but their scales show up whenever they are experiencing a burst of emotions. She first noticed one of them, who seemed to have been an old friend but didn’t come to him, ashamed of what happened to her. On a sordid night, after she accidentally killed a group of men who tried to rape her (the fools), and nearly turned into a dragon, she was spotted by a beautiful blonde, named Eleonore. Pale and pure she saw the whole scene and long lost memories came back to her. Almaryl, now going by the name Phoenix, realized that it was a Unicorn, the last of them all, and realized that around her neck, she was wearing a necklace and pendant, the first piece of her magical heart. Scared but softened up because of the innocent animal, Phoenix decided to tame the Unicorn’s fear and uncannily the two of them became friends. Whenever Phoenix found a fragment of her Heart, she could give it to Eleonore, so she could keep it safe. Until now, she has found three fragments over seven and is still on a quest to conquer her realm back.
Her path would be paved with traps and threats, the underworld is preparing to invade the world of the
living, and the Witch who cursed her is trying to command the prince of Hell Ashurato Mogoth, but things might or might not get on her side. Phoenix desperately needs to find her people and put them to safety, deal with the traitors and set her other people free. Could the Queen find the strength to do that?
