Parents In-laws: Deceased. (She barely talks about them out of respect for Dean)

Children: She can't have any. She has "adopted" Connor and Kira and managed to have a good relationship with Kira. (recently, Kira even texted her for her birthday and acknowledged her as her step-mom.)
