Doya: "A sweet welcome."

Doya: "A sweet return"

A/N: A little short solo because I was thinking of them <3  I miss this duo, I love you <3

xxxxxxxxxx

"C' mere O." Dean said, his grin grew larger as he stared at her. She had just gotten out of the shower and had a bathrobe on.

Her curious Hazel eyes set upon him as he opened his arms to welcome the petite hunter. A bemused smile crept on her lips as she wrapped her arms around his waist and felt his arms pulled her into a tight embrace. He planted a kiss on top of her head and let his hands wrap around her waist while Oya gently rubbed his chest and looked up to his face.

"I take that you found a lead?"

"Kind of." He trailed off before he iqstarted to rub her back. "I also just wanted to welcome you home."

She had been hunting on her own for a while so he had not seen her for a few weeks. The petite hunter looked peculiarly sweet tonight, gorgeous with her black wet heavy locks sticking to her face and her hazel eyes that were lovingly staring at him. A grin crept on her lips and she pulled him towards her for a kiss on his lips.

"I wanted to be home." -She whispered, her fingers were still holding onto his shirt.

He smiled and pressed his lips again for a harder kiss that elicited a moan from her and had her tilt her head to the side. She was home and of all the things Oya loved the most, being home was on top of her list. Her answer brought a smile to the hunter's face and he held her tighter. She was never shy when it came to express her feelings, although, Oya never quietly said them fully. She never had to, since he understood what she meant. Despite knowing how she felt for him, hearing it was even better. He ran his hands over her cheeks and cupped both with his larger hands. Oya's smile grew wider and she let her hands cup his waist and gently stroke it under his shirt. Dean shivered at her touch and lost his fingers into her thick black mane.

« How long are you going to be home? » He inquired, already planning a hunt with her. Oya lifted a brow and smiled at him.

« It depends on how long you want me to be around, Dickhead. » She purred, tiptoeing so she could gain a few centimeters. The hunter pulled her into a hug, helping her wrap her legs around his waist while he supported her weight with his arms under her plump bathrobe-clad ass.

« How about you stay here for a few days? I might have found a case I'd want us to work on. »

« Sounds like an invitation. » She purred, her lips now attacking his neck and eliciting groans from the taller hunter. It was his way to say that he was missing her, missing working together on cases like they used to do before. He nodded quietly and she grinned and nodded in silent acceptation. As her arms wrapped around his neck, Oya leaned her forehead against his and closed her eyes. « Wherever you go, I go. » She then pressed her lips to his, in a sweet and gentle kiss. Wherever he would go, she would follow. Always, because after all, he was Home.

GOT: I promised him

//rewriting of this little bit for us <3

"What is this, Knight Brienne?" The princess' voice was ghostly, barely audible as she glanced at the large book the blonde knight pushed towards her. She knew that the princess had not been seen since Daenerys' victory and the departure of Lord Jaime. As soon as Cersei was declared dead and her army gave up fighting, those who opposed the new queen were given the choice of their fate. many surrendered completely and accepted her, others would rather die than surrender to a Targaryen and there were some who would ask to be moved away from King's Landing so they wouldn't have to live through their defeat and trauma every day. Lord Jaime was exiled from King's landing, spared only because he helped during the Long Night but he was nothing but a shell of what he used to be. It was too much for the princess to handle and she had not shown up ever since. Brienne's eyes were soft on the Targaryen as she tapped the wooden table that put some distance between the two of them.

"What is this?" she repeated again, concerned by the heavy book but Brienne nodded, her face warmed up and she cleared her throat.

"I thought you might want to read your grace." The silver-haired princess nodded and pulled the book towards her. As she read the first lines, she ended up crying in silence. Brienne had written the page about Jaime feats as a knight, retelling the forgotten story of one of the bravest men she'd ever met. Bäahal choked and bit her bottom lip harder to prevent a cry to escape from her plump lips.

She promised Jaime he wouldn't be forgotten and people would remember his true deeds. He didn't die, but the princess wasn't sure he would survive this long without Cersei. It was only a beginning, but at least now people would know the truth behind his "regicide" and those irrational acts he performed. Bäahal covered her lips with her warm palm, suffocating the sob she had a hard time containing. Brienne eyes were wet too, as she watched the delicate and complex princess react to what she deemed important to both. they gave Jaime some sort of release, cleared his name and eventually, would keep telling his story to whoever would want to hear.

"I promised him..." Bäahal said, her words interspersed with sobs. "....Thank you, Knight Brienne."

"It had to be done, your grace. he deserves to be remembered as he was."

"I promised him..." She closed the book and pushed it back to Brienne as she uncontrollably sobbed.

"I know, your grace." The knight whispered, giving her a faint smile before she took the book with her. "Please, do not cry. I merely did what had to be done."

"..." Bäahal nodded and tried to wipe her tears away but couldn't so Brienne, who was feeling uncomfortable extended her hand and held the princess with her bare warm skin. no more words were exchanged between the two of them but a solid understanding and gratitude towards one another were exchanged.

Doya: comfort before chaos

/rewriting of that little thingy for us
"Thank you..." Oya whispered as she let her fingers run through Dean's dirty blonde's hair. the Winchester had just comforted her, helped dry her tears upon hearing what happened to her "brother" Joshua. She requested to be the big spoon, thus allowing her to soothe him just like he soothed her. Her lips kissed his shoulder and her nose brushed over the sensitive skin of his neck before she closed her eyes. "Thank you for being here with me...when I need you the most." She would be lost without Dean, especially now that her brother was probably going to die from the monster attack. Oya couldn't handle the situation alone, let alone, going through the ordeal of losing someone she was close to. Dean understood, and as soon as they both heard the news, he made sure she knew he was by her side and wouldn't leave her.
She was able to overcome the shock from her conversation with Sarah and both had packed for their trip tomorrow. Dean would go with her and together, they would investigate the case. But right now, she needed to keep him close to her, feel his warmth and presence next to her. She wrapped her arm around his waist and pulled him into a hug against her tinier frame. Dean indulged her, he always did when she wanted to massage his scalp or be the big spoon. it was soothing for him as well, a way for both to connect without having to speak. he could tell the words she wouldn't say by the way she was hugging him, holding him, kissing him and felt their connection that night. Oya was in his life, she was a friend that would make him laugh during their wild rides, the one who would give him ugly aprons when she returned from her hunts because she thought of him. She was the partner who would hunt with him, have his back during fights with monsters or do the research he wouldn't do -books, am I right?-
She was his lover. the one who gave him attention, affection, and warmth. Oya, the woman who touched him in ways no other could, that woman with an appetite and skills that could almost make him thank Chuck -almost!- Oya.. the woman he refused to let go and who refused to let him go. Tonight, she was the one who needed comfort and even then, she would always soothe him too. "Of course." He said as a reply to her words. He couldn't imagine not being there for her. She could be miles away, one phone call asking for help and he would drop anything to come find her. He already did and came to her rescue. He would do it again. "Always" he repeated, closing his eyes as he started to feel exhausted. She pressed her body against his and snuggled while Dean wrapped his arm over hers, securing the ebony hunter against his frame. "Always..." he repeated again before he heard her regular snoring. A soft smile crept on his lips as she finally found some rest but he furrowed his brows, worried and already planning the day after.

COPG; New dawn

rewriting of that little bit for us <3

New dawn.

Tonight, the goddess of Hope was contemplating the beautiful landscape The Underworld had to offer. she had to admit that from Pride's chambers, she had the best view of the whole realm. For all those weeks spent recovering from her release and those millennia spent in prison, the pink-haired goddess felt something new. It wasn't anger for once -this feeling had died out for the moment in favor of allowing her hatred of her siblings to incubate a little longer-. it wasn't sorrow. -she had mourned for the deceased allies she still had in this plane of existence or the other. Her honest and loyal brothers and sisters were already dead, destroyed by the traitors who forced her into this situation. It wasn't even Hope, which was a given due to the recent development with her relationship with Pride.

It was Pride.

She was proud of her sin. of what he accomplished since she last saw him; A lot had changed, -him first- and from a king without a crown who talked about his freedom when Hades was still in charge, he became the one in charge of everything. he overcame his father, he was better than him. he kept his word and it impressed the goddess who saw him with brand new eyes. She was proud of him, of the first step he took to quench his thirst. but there was something more tugging at her heartstrings. She was starting to know the new version of him and while at the beginning, it was difficult for her, -she refused to accept the truth-, it dawned on her that this version might be better than the older one. This Pride didn't tell lies as the old version did. she would never have to worry about him telling her the truth, no matter how crude and hard it could be. she would never have to worry about him hiding from her as the older version did.  it would spare her a few heartbreaks. it would allow for them to be better, have more... be stronger... together. her heart was beating faster against her ribcage at the untouched potential this relationship might be and the potential struggles to come. all she was thinking of, was how attractive Superbia was now, as he was rising through the ashes, expanding his power, expanding his horizon and ambition.  it made her blush a little and give a crooked smile at his face. yes, he was attractive and for the first time in a long while, she was starting to feel drawn to him.. rather than to the ghost of the older version of him.

COPG: EAGERNESS

//Picture courtesy of my beloved Pride. <3

"You will see, when all is said and done, you will see that there is still something more to discover."

Elpis was talking about herself. She wanted Pride to realize that there was far more than what his eyes could see to what Elpis was. She was more than just an ally in his upcoming war against his siblings and her pantheon. She was more than the besotted goddess who would follow him to the deep end of the Hades. She was more than the lover he once had before Hades unmade him.

Her determined golden gaze set upon him as she was ready to show him what she meant by those words. That he didn't just earn an ally but he earned a partner. He earned someone with a similar ambition, with a hunger for conquest that matched his and a strong, if not endless desire to do it with him. To be his partner, his equal, his other half.  She wasn't interested in empty promises and petty desires. She wanted to build an empire on the whole world and universe, an empire she would rule with Pride and if it didn't work, then she wanted to die while trying. She meant "every" in the world everything.

GOT The last war

picture courtesy of my beloved Jaime. <3 we're finally getting there. <3

the drums of war were beating loudly. They had marched South, towards Kings Landing and they were at the gates of the city. Bäahal's blood was pumping hard in her veins as she heard her sister's speech to the usurper. Of course, Daenerys would offer peace, one last chance for Cersei to give up the crown and spare her life. The speech itself was background noise as the princess senses became drowned by the sound of her own heart beating hard against her ribcage. She had already survived a war, why would this one be any different? They had a clear advantage here, more firepower, literal dragons against the mad queen. There was still a huge risk Drogon or Rhaegal got hurt the way Viserion was and it was sending cold shivers down the princess back.  It couldn't be. it couldn't happen. not again, not ever.

Flashes crossed her mind, some she couldn't decipher but which hurt all the same. so much was at stake here. Dany had to survive, Jon would fight by her side and they would be too far away for Bäahal to eventually keep an eye on her. She had to trust Drogon, Rhaegal, and Jon. she had to trust them if she wanted to do her part well. She was riding a horse, fully armored to protect herself and was staring at the royal guard and the golden company. she would have to survive, she would have to decimate as many men as possible to ensure the victory of her sister. there lied her mission with the underlying fear of encountering the golden knight on the battlefield. It didn't mean anything, she wouldn't meet him because he would be with Cersei, busy fighting Jon and Daenerys wherever they would fight.  One look at the large castle and one of its towers and Bäahal swallowed a lump. her heart jumped against her ribcage, broken at the sight before her and the fate of that man. well... he knew what was coming, he chose to return to King's landing. He made his choice and she couldn't do anything about it. he chose to sacrifice and waste his life for the woman he was in love with and she commanded it...after all, he was loyal and devoted, wasn't he? wasn't she? her purple hues averted from the tower and set upon the dragons and her family. Jon, her nephew, Daenerys her sister.. the last of the last. they had to survive too. Them, more than anyone else.

"You can do this, Dany... you're this close to achieving your goal. We'll make sure it happens," she whispered before she pulled the top of her helmet down on her face. "I will fight for you today and I hope it'll make you victorious... I'm counting on you." She whispered before she drew her sword out of her sheath, ready to fight the last War... ready to enter History and keep her promise to Lord Jaime in the process. "I won't be a nobody and won't die like one. Make sure you keep your promise too, Lord Jaime." She whispered to herself, nervously waiting for the signal to charge. waiting... waiting...
