Chronicles of the primeval gods: Life and Death of Ayasha: And there will be darkness.

Chronicles of the primeval gods: Life and Death of Ayasha: And there will be darkness.

Ayasha knew she had to be patient. After all, Pride was very calculating and he would take any opportunity he had to outsmart her. It was a battle of wits and brains before anything else but that didn't mean she didn't want to get done with it already. Pride was a huge obstacle to her goal. His brothers and him were the cause of much of the primeval gods grieves and she knew that, if Elpis had not tried to interfere because she "fell in love" with the sin, then maybe the situation would have been different. Khaos was vastly powerful, far more powerful than any other gods combined. He had a vast knowledge of the universe and she knew that he would have found a way to get rid of the sins. Yet, in her eagerness to cease power, she had him killed and with him the secrets of the sins defeat were long gone too. It was frustrating, of course, but more than this, it made her feel afraid.

It had never happened before. the goddess of knowledge always kept a good control of herself and she made sure to compensate her lack of strength with knowledge. A knowledge so powerful that it would shield her from any harm. The Sins were still a question mark. She still didn't know how to defeat them. Her plans used to be well-tuned until the grain of salt the sins were came and disrupted everything. With her sister alive and soon to be released, Ayasha knew that her goal would be even harder to reach. But she was determined not to let Pride or his siblings, and even Elpis stop her from ruling supreme.
