COPG; ELPIS X PRIDE: MAJOR EVENTS TIMELINE

MAJOR EVENTS: ELPIS X PRIDE X ASMA:

Ø  2000 years ago: old-Pride meets Old-Elpis. She falls in love with him. They become lovers.

Ø  In order to punish her, she was stabbed by her brother Ishtar and cursed by him.

Ø  Old-Pride is unmade and remade by Hades, without any memory of Old-Elpis.

Ø  2000 years later: Elpis scratches the Seal and sets herself free. She’s changed over time.

Ø  Pride meets Asma and protects her from Ayasha. The two grow closer and become lovers.

Ø  Pride forges a god-killing weapon: KHAOS and kills Leviathan with it.

Ø  1 year later: Pride sets Elpis free and wipes Asma memories.

Ø  2 years later: Elpis and Pride start to get to know each other. He helps her regain her strength on Earth.  She fell in love with him again.

Ø  Elpis is hell-bent on getting revenge. They are planning to destroy her pantheon and later on take over Earth.

(They have been a constant reinvention. Elpis cares deeply for the  Sin. She is madly in love with him and wants to support him. They had been through arguments, explosive arguments, but also an intense carnal desire, a formidable desire to be close to each other. She feels as if he completes her. I love the way they interact with each other, how they are rediscovering each other, and yet feel like an old couple. I love how he influences her, his devouring ambition and charisma. I love how elegant they are when they speak, yet how dirty they can be when teasing each other. They are seductive, charismatic, they feel like vampires… I love how vain he is and how much she loves to praise him, worship him, make him feel like he is the absolute best. And he has a way to make her feel like there is no other soul in this world but her. She is His Light and only His. They have this dynamic I adore)

DOYA: MAJOR EVENTS TIMELINE

 MAJOR EVENTS:  DOYA:

Ø  8 years ago. They meet during a vampire hunt. Oya decides to stay with the Winchesters.

Ø  6 years later. She and Dean have grown closer to each other. They already share a bed.

Ø  Oya finds the monster that slaughtered her family: the Asanbosam. Dean helps her hunt it.

Ø  She gets her scars, two deep cuts on her arms after she’d been recklessly fighting the creature.

Ø  5 years ago: Dean and Oya got even closer. She stays for good because she’s family.

Ø  Oya connects with the Thomas (childhood friends. Josh is a hunter; Sarah isn’t and has a family)

Ø  She gives Dean an important artifact: a sculpted and enchanted wooden pendant.

Ø  4 years ago: She meets one of Dean’s kids: Kira Yaeger.

Ø  It was one of the biggest issues she’d have with Dean. He didn’t tell her he had kids.

Ø  They quickly reconcile and have a heart-to-heart conversation. (their strength)

Ø  3 years ago: they went on a year-long hunt for Hand of Gods artifacts.

Ø  2 years ago: During a hunt, Oya encounters the god pluto and nearly dies.

Ø  Dean saved her by sending Castiel to her but the two of them are bruised.

Ø  The two of them are now hunting the god down.

(PERSONAL NOTES: I absolutely love how they are able to communicate. They understand each other, they can communicate non-verbally, they can read each other’s body language. They built their relationship through hard work and earned their trust. Oya is still the person who would keep pressing Dean when she thinks he’s keeping his emotions in check and refuses to open-up and is visibly not doing well. She can confront him,  they can argue, she can take it. He knows that when she’s silent and doesn’t want to speak then something is up. I love how she can say she loves him without actually saying those words and he understands. Her favorite line is to say that she won’t sleep in another person’s bed. She can only sleep with him, next to him, or alone. It’s her way to say she loves him, or the ugly aprons, or the way she runs her hand in his hair and sings him lullabies.)

GoT: Jaime x Bäahal: Riding the Dragon – part 1

GoT: Jaime x Bäahal: Riding the Dragon – part 1

A/N: I love them, it’s been a while.

Xxxxxx

Otherworldly, the beauty of the silver princess was otherworldly. Jaime could remember just how taken aback he was by her when they first met. The Long Night was upon them, so his mind was focused on it, but she still managed to take his breath away. Her dark skin, her silver locks, those communicative purple eyes left a hard print in his mind. Jaime always thought that Bäahal was out of reach. He thought it when he met her at Winterfell. He thought it when he met her again at Highgarden. Even now as she was standing in the huge garden of the Red Keep, with the pale moonlight as the sole source of light giving her body some sort of glow. Jaime had been looking for her as soon as he was no longer needed by Commander Targaryen. He had wanted to see her again, despite the danger that his presence near the princess could put them through. Jaime had tried and was still trying his best to keep his word to his siblings and make sure that he wouldn’t bring the name Lannister to an end because of his antics. Yet, the sight of the upset princess never sat well with him.

How could he spend days and nights far away from her when her sadness was written all over her face? How could he stay away? Jaime did his best already. He did his best to keep away from the silver head but he wasn’t able to, not when he saw defeat on her face. After so many days spent away from her, the knight finally caved in and went to talk to her in her room. There, she begged him to stay by her side, and hold her until she’d stopped crying. He agreed to stay for a while until it was decent enough for him to leave her room without arousing suspicion.  So, after the lengthy meeting with Jon, and upon realizing she wasn’t in her usual spots, the Lannister was starting to worry about the princess. Where could she be?

Bäahal was fairly hidden in the castle. She wouldn’t be seen a lot outside. Whenever she went, she was always followed by the two trusted guards he tasked with her protection.  They waited at her door until she decided to leave it and would follow her throughout her daily walks to the garden and the dragons’ nest. He understood why she put some distance with the world she no longer trusted and a sister she feared. Yet, he also knew she needed to be comforted and would look for some company. Bäahal was a creature of habits. She didn’t do many things, especially since the siege, but there was something she would still do. It came to Jaime that she only found comfort when in the company of dragons and would spend as much time as possible with them. He had heard from his brother Tyrion, of how the princess spent hours sitting on a stool. She would remain silent, while her eyes would look at Viserion’s brothers' play-fight. Sometimes she would cry, sometimes she would remain contemplative but always, the sight before she would soothe her heart a little more.

Tyrion’s tip proved to be right. Jaime found the princess in front of the dragons’ nest. Rhaegal and Drogon were He found her standing under the moonlight. Tonight, the moon was peculiarly bright. Her hair shone bright and gave her skin a peculiar glow. The princess was wearing a noticeably light fabric, made of black and red cotton. Her arms were exposed and so was her neck, but she was wearing a light red cloak. Jaime made a couple of hands gestures to his soldiers, indicating that he wanted to be left alone with the princess but to scout the place and make sure it was safe. They wouldn’t dare get any closer anyway, how could they when they were scared beyond reason by the majestic dragons before them? Now certain that he was alone with the princess, Jaime sighed in relief. Good. They needed that privacy. The noise of his heavy footsteps was enough for Bäahal to turn her head and then the rest of her body so she could face the person who chose to walk closer to her.  The knight noticed that in her haste, she had not dried her eyes well enough and a tear fell onto her cheek.  Jaime’s heart skipped a few beats as he took a good look at her. She was beautiful under the moonlight, so beautiful that he forgot what he wanted to say for a minute.

“You found me….”  -Her voice seemed calm, calmer than he expected her to be. -

“I had good intel.” -He stopped a few steps in front of her. “Princess…” -He paused for a minute. - “Bäahal...” – And he closed the distance between the two of them. – “You cried!”

“Out of frustration, nothing more.” -She replied in a whisper before her violet hues looked away from his face. - “You found my favorite place in all of the Red Keep. I like to come here, to find some peace.”

“Peace?” He didn’t dare comment on it. To the Lannister, there was nothing quiet about the place, not a possibility to find some peace amidst the loud noise made by those fantastic beasts. However, he wanted to keep her talking. His hands gently laid on her shoulders he stroked with his calloused thumbs. She nodded, mind-absently holding his wrists with both of her warm hands and nodded at him calmly.

“When we were at Winterfell, several days after Viserion died, we had a conversation you and I about how much I was missing him. I lost something I will never find anymore, but when I come here and watch his brothers play together, I can still feel him. Suddenly, I feel at peace.” She gave him a soft smile before he bent a little forward and pressed his forehead to hers in a gentle gesture. “It’s the most I can have for the moment.” She whispered before she held his wrists harder.

“We made a choice. We knew the consequences of that choice.” -He said, closing his eyes for a moment- “I knew that the moment I would turn around and look at you at Casterly Roc, I wouldn’t be able to stop looking. I would always reach out to you.”

He cupped her cheek, forcing the cape to fall on his hand while his green eyes. He was intensely looking at her, determined, hungry, foolish. He was foolish to think that he could have had any chance not to fall for the princess. He was foolish to think that he could be allowed the right to love someone and leave unscathed. He was foolish to think that the stubborn princess would give up on him.  He was foolish to think that once he would have tasted happiness, he would give up on it. Bäahal’s love was pure, intense, devastating. She saved him when he didn’t want to be, forced him to find his way out of his misery and embrace life again with his sister. How could he give up on her smile? How could he give up on her, right at this instant, he could care less about what the world thought of them. She lifted her head so she could look at him and before he could say anything, the silver princess pressed her lips to his. It was desperate, a desire for connection so strong that she took the risk to be seen by anyone. The kiss felt good. It was possessive, bruising and demanding.  Rhaegal felt her agitation and shrieked louder in their direction, blowing some wind into them. That made the young woman blink and turn her head to look at the dragon that was agitated as well.

“I know we have a long way to go, Jaime. I chose to stay by your side. I chose you, and I made a promise to Lady Kyra as well. If loving you means keeping my distance with you just so your family is safe from my sister’s wrath, I would. I would sacrifice everything I have to make sure you’re all safe.” It sounded like an Oath yet hearing this broke his heart.

“I know….”

“Yet..” -The dragon shrieked louder and flapped its wings, blowing some more wind. “Yet I think it is unfair that we have to suffer for the greater good. Why is it that you and I always have to sacrifice something?” She felt her long silver locks float around her face due to the dragon’s antics. “I want us to be happy.”

“Even if your sister accepted us from the start, the others would not. The whole world hates me, Bäahal… you would never be able to peacefully love me.”

“I Don’t care about the whole world …” She grabbed his hand and held onto it while the wind became really intense. “He’s upset.” She said calmly, staring at Rhaegal.

“/You/ are upset.” Jaime pointed out, which made her lower her head and hold onto his hand a little harder. “He knows it.” -Dragon or not, Rhaegal was still an animal and animals were known to be sensitive little creatures. Of course, he would.  And in contrast with the princess apparent calm, the creature was agitated.

“I have been unfair to him…I came here trying to find peace but all I’m really doing is sharing my anguish with them.” -She lamented before her head turned to look at the taller man next to her. “I should stop coming over, for their sakes.” -She sighed and released his hand. -

“And wallow in your own pity in the garden? How is that better, Bäahal? I have a better idea for you.”

“I’m listening?” She curbed a brow and averted her gaze from Jaime to Rhaegal that had stopped flapping its wings.

“You told me a long time ago that the one thing you loved doing with Viserion was to ride him. When you flew with the dragon you felt free. I understand that these two dragons are your siblings’, but instead of watching them, can’t you come closer and pet them like you did Viserion?”

“Pet the dragons...”

She was aghast, yet his idea wasn’t stupid at all. All she did ever since Viserion died was come to see his siblings and mourn for his death. She never truly bonded with the dragons the way she did before. She had not touched any of them for years, nor did she even try and fly with them all over Westeros. Petting was a beginning, it was radical.  Jaime might not have been a dragon rider, he had pets. He had dogs and cats, all of whom died because of either Cersei’s jealousy or Tywin’s determination to teach his children a lesson. Petting the dragons... It suddenly became clear to the princess who looked at the knight again and hold both of his hands.  Jaime smiled, for he noticed the shift in her gaze. She entwined her fingers with his and gave him a soft smile.

“Pet the dragons…. Why haven’t I thought of it earlier?” -Her voice was strangled by a sob. Something blocked her and prevented the silver head to go and touch any or both of the surviving dragons.

“You tell me.”

There it was his light smirk that crept on his face. It was a matter of seconds before the princess’ attitude changed. Her face transformed and she excitedly pulled Jaime and her forward, so they could get closer to the dragons. Drogon had been calm since the beginning. He let out a growl before he returned to sit quietly. Rhaegal was far more curious and since his connection with Bäahal was the strongest between his brother and him, He walked towards the princess. Jaime wasn’t at ease. He hated the idea of getting closer to those creatures. Not so long ago, he was in a war trying to destroy Daenerys and the dragons and he knew that those animals probably remembered him as such a threat. Or perhaps, that was just his memories of the events that made him feel uneased towards the princess. She had forgiven him for their antagonistic positions prior to the end of the last war. He had been her enemy yet had never behaved as such with her. He couldn’t before, he couldn’t now and as she started to stroke the face of this huge dragon, the only thing the knight was thinking of was how he would give his life to keep her smiling.

Otherworldly. She was otherworldly. Her soft calming voice as she petted the dragon and the smile that graced her features were enough to take away his breath. She would take a look at him, her intense violet hues would reflect gratitude for the man, for his comforting presence, for his kindness and those qualities that only she was aware of. How could she still love him? She waved for him to come closer to the dragon, but he shook his head at first. Yet, she insisted, outstretching her arm towards him so he could grab her hand. He wasn’t dragonborn but she was, maybe with her presence, through her touch the animal wouldn’t go on a rampage and try to kill him. There were no words exchanged between the two of them at this time, only a smile and a warm hand that gently guided him so he could touch the snoot of the animal.  His own eyes, green with surprise and shock slowly warmed up at the scene unfolding before him. Here he was, touching a dragon. Rhaegal was docile, he let himself being touched by the stranger for he shared the same scent at his “’aunt”. He trusted Bäahal to not hurt him, and he could tell that the man before him wouldn’t hurt “her”, so he allowed Jaime to touch him. Nonchalant about being touched but playful with his aunt, he wrapped one of his wings around the pair and pulled them together and against him in a hug.

“I think he likes you.” -She whispered before her purple gaze set upon the knight.

“I think he likes /you/, he tolerates me.” Jaime joked. His jaw was still clenched however but his eyes were still focused on the woman next to him. “I…Bäahal. I know you are sad and I know we’re walking on eggs just so my family doesn’t pay for my stupidity…but I would kill all the seven gods to keep you smiling.”

“Only /you/ can make me whole.” She claimed, cupping both of his cheeks with her warm hands. “This is my truth, this is THE truth. I don’t care about the whole world, as long as you are in it.” She pressed her lips to his again, in a searing kiss.  What could he say to it? What could he do, if not return the kiss she gave him?

What could they do?

Wandering heart 1

" I guess I live to see another day now.

For the short period of my life when uncertainty won over any shred of reasoning I had in my mind, I was confused. I was overwhelmed. I was slowly losing grip on reality. Everything was darkness, everything could stop tomorrow and I spent nights being afraid to even close my eyes because I wasn't sure I would be awake the next morning.

With this came questions and a hard look at my life. What would people say about me if I died during the night? what print would I leave here, did my life even matter? Does it today? My life became the zero-sum of all of my mistakes, all of my sunken dreams, all of the things I couldn't accomplish nor dared dream. I became nothing and my harsh mind was judging me irrelevant, already dead.... a living dead person with no future and ridiculous dreams.

It would be lying to say that I pulled through and managed to see something different. It would be lying to say I am still not afraid of losing everything and everyone I have ever loved or realize that they have stopped loving me for reasons unknown to me. It would be lying to say that I am not feeling like a prisoner of my own mind.

but like I said earlier on, I guess I live to see another day.

Hope still found a way, Life does too. Even at the lowest point in my life, I still kept some wonders, some devouring desire to live my life to the fullest. I still found the energy to put one foot after the other and move forward. I can't be limited to the erroneous thoughts that plague my mind, nor to the scalding feeling of failure that embraced it. Hope is still there, reminding me by little touches that I do have people who care, that I do care about them, that my life isn't over -far from it- and that I could still redefine what's true, what's real and what's about to come and make me feel fulfilled.

My life isn't over, it had just begun.
My love isn't over, I have plenty to give to those who want it.
I have plenty to get for those who want to give it to me.
I have dreams and ideals and I will achieve my goals.

Starting with waking up tomorrow again
starting with living the moment
starting with dreaming bigger than I allowed myself to until now.

I feel that blood pumping through my veins and I am still breathing, so yes, there is still a tomorrow, isn't it?

We still have one.
You still have one.
And no matter the unknown, we'd go through with it.
like we always do.
Together.

GoT Modern: Silent celebration

 GoT Modern:  Silent celebration

A/N: Just a follow-up to her “perfect dance”. I love our babies <3

xxxxxx

Baahal finally reached her bedroom and threw her sports bag on her huge bed. She closed the door behind her and leaned against the wooden door. Slowly she dropped her body onto the floor and stretched her legs forward. The night had been magnificent, she had won the cup, she was number 1 in the underground dance world but that wasn't even the reason for her happiness. No. It was her dance. She did the perfect routine that night and felt that every movement was perfect. She was in harmony with herself and was in total control of her body.  She removed her shoes, kicking them away from her and cringed as she noticed her injuries.

They were part of the deal. The cuts and bruises. They were visible testimonies of her hard work and dedication to her craft. Her feet were cut, there was blood on her skin, some in her scalp and hair. She could feel the pain in her ribs, that drove her to remove her shirt slowly and carefully. Her bra followed, and she pushed her yoga pants off of her legs, alongside her underwear. A nervous laugh escaped her lips and looked at the bathroom's door. Could she drag herself there? She had to, at least to have a good sleep, to be able to start the next day with clean sheets. So the silver head left the spot behind the door and went to the bathroom.

As she turned the hot water and yanked her head back, the heiress was feeling the hot stream wash away her blood. She ran her hand over her neck and tilted her head to the side. Again, another laugh escaped her lips and she celebrated. It made up for the humiliation she felt last time she entered the contest. It rewarded her extreme discipline and countless hours spent dancing. It rewarded her stubbornness and passion but that perfect night felt empty. She had wanted to dance in front of him, she had wished that their names meant nothing so they could enjoy being outside together. But the name had a price, the name had history and the heads of both families would never allow for their children to be together. The thought sobered the young woman who closed her eyes and dropped her head under the stream of warm water.

The name had a price… Her mother did try to keep her away from her father for as long as she could and Bäahal blessed her younger years away from the strict protocol and this family that didn’t love her. Bäahal blessed the time she spent with her mother where she knew love and warmth. She blessed those moments when her mother would kiss her bruised knee into healing, or when she would patch her up and then encourage her to keep dancing.  She missed her mother; she missed her freedom, and the thought made her sob.   Without being able to refrain from crying, the silver head let go of her tears and cries under the shower where nobody would see her. Some might say that it was adrenaline finally dropping, others that she simply was expressing her true emotions.

Come on, chin up, things weren’t so bad! Yes, things weren’t so bad, her mother was probably watching from above and was seeing how her little girl was doing. She was seeing strength; she was seeing resilience. Bäahal did survive those lonely years surrounded with people who hated her -save for her father-. She grew into a beautiful woman who was running her hand over her face and then over her bruised chest.  Tonight was a night of celebration, she did a perfect routine. She might not have danced in front of Jaime but she would share it with him. Her joy, her celebration, her warmth. Yes, she would do just that. Bäahal turned off the water and went on to dry herself and put on PJs.

She then grabbed her phone and quickly looked out for Jaime’s number before she sent him a text [Text Golden Lion: “I have won first place tonight. I even did the best routine of my life. I wish you had been there and you could have seen me dance. Someday maybe. Until then, I will tell you next time we meet. With love. Your firecracker.] and she went to bed with an exhausted smile on her lips. She was happy. She felt fulfilled.

chronicles of the primeval gods: life of Elpis: Rebirth

Chronicles of the primaeval gods: life of Elpis: Rebirth

A/N: I love our babies <3

XXXX

The primaeval goddess was staring at the beautiful city lights from the balcony she was standing at. Her pink hair was tied on an elaborate bun, that left a couple of locks to tease the back of her neck and she was wearing a white and golden dress that enhanced her beauty. Her eyes were glowing quietly as she was observing the restless humans enjoying their nightlife. She was feeling good perhaps her most powerful she'd ever been. Her skin suddenly got covered in goosebumps as she felt the presence of the Sin behind her. He returned from an urgent matter in the Underworld, which lasted a couple of humans’ days without him. She had been missing him but took upon herself to complete her recovery instead, on her own. As the blonde sin closed the distance between the two of them, Elpis tilted her head to the side as he rubbed her shoulders and planted a kiss to her neck.

« Mmmhhh... And now you're back, Beloved. » -She rolled her head tot he side, exposing her neck to him so he could kiss it. « You were fast. »

« Fast? I nearly lost count of time. » He said with a chuckle before he let his hands on her shoulders. « I was expecting you to welcome me with an angry fit. » He tested her, reminding the goddess of her infamous tantrums when the Sin was away for way too long. She chuckled and kept running her forefinger on the concrete balcony.

« Tantrums? You really thought that I would be upset because you left for the Hades? I outgrew my frustration a long time ago. » She assured, but she could tell he didn't agree with her given the sinister chuckle he let out.

« I beg to differ, my Light. » He said in a sultry voice, his hand shifted her body so she was now facing him in one swift swirl. « You have a temper, one that could be difficult at times but one that is yours nonetheless. » He said with a grin before he stroked her cheek. She leaned into his touch and nodded quietly.

« Alright, you got me. I have a temper. » She admitted and rolled her eyes as he pressed a kiss to her neck, playfully. « What gives... My King, I suspect things went very well in the Underworld. »

« Have I ever not returned victorious? I needed to see Lust for an urgent matter but once that was settled, I could return to you. » He studied her face, the uncanny glow that was on it caught his eye. She felt different, she was different.

“You have always returned victorious.” She conceded and nodded at his words. As the sin pressed himself into her and against the balcony, the goddess ran her hands into his blonde locks and gently massaged his skin.  He was right about something; she was different from the days he rescued her. She was whole again and even more. Her lips gently pressed to his after she had studied his face. Pride kissed her back and felt the sparkle in her touch. As he pulled away, he noticed her face, glowing so much that was new. Intrigued, he pulled away.

“Intriguing…” He said with eyes now glowing purple.

“I am whole again…” She gave him a sheepish smile before she lifted her arms up. “I have recovered fully, my king. Our efforts paid off.” She said with a chuckle. “I am better than ever! Stronger than I used to be.” She then turned around and looked past the balcony again. “I can hear my humans. Each and every one of them has been praying, worshipping me with or without my knowledge. So many are praying for good luck, for better health, for a future. So many are worshipping Life and Light in their lives.” She smiled excitedly. “So many mistook me for being the kind to choose only one side of a coin, but I am the goddess of Hope and Light, it doesn’t mean the very same for everyone. Why do you think I followed my brother on the battlefield?” She purred and outstretched her hands forward, to the city light.

“This Earth is thriving with life, no wonder you feel stronger now that you got your powers back. You never heard all of mankind before.” He furrowed his brows and  closed the distance with her again. “so this does indicate an improvement.”

“I fear that if I show you my new true form, I might help Ayasha locate me. It is… tremendous power that I feel within my body.”

“I will see you in due time, I promise.” He could see the excitement and disappointment on her face, dancing together as she was so surprised to feel her new power rush through her veins, yet was upset she couldn’t show it to him, not in the mortal world where Ayasha’s eyes were everywhere.  She turned to look at him, her eyes now golden pools and her hands bright as Light. He didn’t need to see her whole true form, for he could already tell she would be a being made of pure light. She was magnificent already, and he knew his eyes would feast on her sight in due time.  He watched as her bun came undone and wrapped his hand on her delicate neck before her hair fell over his hand.  She turned to look at him, her eyes now back to normal yet still intensely glowing.

“I could rival the All-mother, I sense that I could become the new All-Mother if I’d try. Can you imagine that much power within my hands?” She teased him with before he pulled her closer to his frame, his lips brushing over the soft skin of her forehead, then her nose.

“I can very much imagine you with that much power. You already are, my empress, my Light. With this power, you would rule over the universe. You could create life. You could end it with a snap of your fingers. You would become so strong and powerful, my Light and you would need a guide throughout this transformation.”

“I already have one, beloved.” She whispered. “And he is right next to me.” She pressed her lips to his again, creating sparks that made him smile between their lips before he went harder on her. He had come back with a good mood, but the goddess had just put him into another type of mood, something stellar, something… Immortal.

GoT (regular): A sign of Hope.

GoT (regular): A sign of Hope.

Tyrion closed the door of his bedroom, exhausted by the day that had yet to end, the blonde Lannister went to his cabinet. He was glad to have his own room, empty ever since he became the HAND of the princess, so he could rest his mind. He pulled the chair towards him before he climbed on it and sat in front of his desk. The day had been long, excruciatingly long and busy. The blonde man rubbed his temple and fixed himself a glass of wine and leaned his forehead against the cold metal of his cup. He knew, from the moment Daenerys would be victorious that it wouldn't be the only fight she would have to lead. His experience as the Hand of the queen at King's landing proved to be useful. He knew the mentality here. He knew how old nobles were keen to protect their old ways and wouldn't accept a brutal change in their culture. They already accepted the queen with pursed lips and clenched jaws, they weren't ready to accept her to marry someone who wasn't a noble, yet when Daenerys told Tyrion of her plans to marry Jon Targaryen, he couldn't help but shiver. This union, while legitimate now that Jon's lineage had been revealed, would still anger a couple of them.

Yet, it was his job to think of solutions for his queen. It was his job to anticipate any harmful reaction to her actions and prevents a potential tragedy to occur. It was his job to advise her so she could make the best decisions and that was quite a lot on his plate. While she decided to get married to Jon, they also had to deal with the attack her sister was a victim of. They had to consider Jaime's plan to bring them out in the light. He didn't approve of hiding the survival of the princess and throwing her into the devil's den once again. He didn't approve of Bäahal to leave King's landing again and put her life in danger. His queen already lost her mind and questioned her decision-making abilities when it transpired that her sister was under siege. It took all of his will-power to convince her not to jump on her dragon and fly towards her. How could Daenerys react if she was aware of the plan of her sister? For now, anyway, she wasn't aware yet. One thing at a time. Jaime tried to refine his plan and convince Commander Targaryen of the viability of his plan. Tough work that was. !

They didn't even have time to think of his brother's union with the princess. That was yet another issue to be discussed. Tyrion still remembered as he took another sip of his wine. He remembered the face he made when Jaime confessed to him his love for the silver princess. He remembered calling him an imbecile, a man who would run his family name into the mud. Jaime would always love the wrong person. Tyrion was afraid for him and wished that his new relationship wouldn’t bring him to his demise.  Tyrion rubbed his temples even harder before he put the letter he’d just received from Bran. He spent enough time with the Starks to have established an epistolary relationship with Bran. He expressed his concerns to the young seer, concerns about the Queen, about her relationship with Jon, about the assassination attempt on the princess. Bran brought him some comfort, in his own way, by conversing with him therefore, receiving the letter made the second son of Tywin feel relieved.  He remembered the last sentence he wrote in his last letter: “ Is it possible for a Lion and a Dragon to find happiness together?” As he opened the letter, he started to read the letter.

“My dear friend...” The letter started.  The green-eyed kept looking from left to right as he devoured the words his friend wrote to him. He kept reading, feeling relieved as Bran made his mind travel outside of the bricks of the Red Keep. He smiled at the stories of the great queen of the North Sansa who was getting even more confident in her work.  After a few encouraging comments on hos things were sorted out by the new queen, the three-eyed crow mentioned the many challenges ahead of them but ended his letter with a positive note “And to answer your question Love is a powerful thing and true love is the strangest thing to ever exist. There would always have people who would want to taint the purity of such love, but I see triumph, in the long run. Love will prevail.” It wasn’t much, but it was enough to bring some comfort to Tyrion who relaxed his shoulders and took another sip of his drink. Perhaps there was hope to still have. Perhaps.
